We were just talking about how we haven't had to call you for anything
since the very beginning when you installed our system. Then we
discussed all the calls we had made to the previous computer company;
the daily, numerous calls within the day, calls. Their lack of
response and concern. Their lame excuses. Their shoddy hardware. The
constant viruses. Our system going down. Their horrible non-existent
customer service.
Then you came on board. You solved
ALL our problems. You built a new and better system for $1,000 LESS
then the other company. When we were working out the kinks in
transferring everything from the mess the previous company made. You
responded every time we had a problem. You took the time to get the
problem solved. You cared and it showed. The service you gave, the
computers you built, your attitude toward us as customers was the
difference between night and day.
We just wanted to thank you for a
job well done. We appreciate your honesty and above reproach work
ethic. We hope others get to experience the pleasure of having a
worry-free, fully functional system installed by you as it's a real
relief to know someone who "know their stuff" when it comes to
computers and networks.
